Founded in 1995 with the approval of the Ministry of Construction and the Beijing Urban and Rural Construction Commission, Huasha Project Management Co.,Ltd ( Previously Beijing Huasha Construction Supervision Co.,Ltd ) is a grade-A supervision unit for both constructions and urban public projects. It was registered at the Beijing Industrial and Commercial Administration and possesses independent corporation qualification. In November 2003, the Beijing Municipal Construction Commission designated Huasha as a “pilot unit for engineering administration,” and the Chinese Engineering Consulting Association granted “engineering consultation” qualification to the company.
Since establishment, Huasha’s staff has promoted the scientific, standard, and unified administration flow, established the quality administrative system with ISO9000 as the core, passed ISO9001:2000 International Quality System ratification, and acquired CNACR and UKAS certifications. It run under the modern enterprise management mode and adopted a networking office system.

With strong technological strength and outstanding quality services, Huasha has undertaken the supervision and administration projects for many first-class public construction, high-rise buildings, industrial plants, and city facilities. Most of them got awards, such as Beijing High-Quality Construction Awards, Great Wall Awards, and Structure Great Wall Cup Awards. Hereinto, the Beijing Wangjing University Garden Quarters (part A and B) and the steel structure engineering of Golden Seasons Commercial Building awarded the “Lu Ban Prize” (Chinese highest award of construction) and the State Golden Medal. Since 1998, Huasha Company has been cited as advanced supervision unit of Beijing for six years running.
In the past nine years, Huasha had a rationalized organization structure. The employee’s comprehensive quality has been greatly improved. At present, it has 180 employees of whom 70% ages are from 30 to 50. It boasts a great number of intelligent, high-caliber talents who are knowledgeable in technology, economy, management, laws, and policies, and 90 percent of them possess senior and junior professional titles and 33 percent hold state-and Beijing-ratified qualification certificates for registered supervision engineers and budget engineers. In addition, the company also has a think tank composed of experts in various specialties.
